All performers fill out a questionnaire and undergo a service check. We do not register suspicious and fraudulent accounts. Those who pass the automatic verification of documents on YouDo receive the "Documents Verified" badge. |
Reviews and rating

After the work is completed, we ask the customer and the contractor to share their feedback. Reviews about each user can be seen in his profile. We check their authenticity and block performers who provide low-quality services or leave false reviews. In addition to reviews, the rating, which is calculated in each category of tasks, helps to assess the level of performers. We reward the most active performers with special badges for various achievements. |
Safety recommendations
Performers are not employees of hop.uz and are personally responsible for the quality of their work. When cooperating with any performer, even if he confirmed the passport or you found it not on our service, we recommend that you always follow the basic safety rules. Read reviews and examples of completed tasks carefully. Before starting work, ask the contractor to show the passport, check the name in the profile on hop.uz and in the document.
